This is where we can discuss animal adoption, rehoming, or anything pet related.  I am STRONG on adopting and feel that we all need to do our part to help control the pet populaion because there are just too many adorible animals out there that are dying for no good reason.  With a little help fro everyone I am sure that we will one day see euthanasia stoped.

I totally agree. Pets are living creatures too and need to be treated like an adpoted child would. Not thrown away cuz circumstanes change but adapt those changes to include the pet as well.

This is a terrible tragedy in our world. To think that people would just not care about a pet they accepted responsibility for. There should be a law that you need to treat your pet as you would a child and pay the penalty for not doing so. There should be NO reason to rehome a pet that you adopt or purchase except for death.
However I do not condem breeders. Sure they don't help to pry population any but some people want certain breeds/types of animals and a rescue or shelter sometimes don't have every type of animal.
Anyways that's my 2cents.
